Taylor Swift has another legal predicament on her hands, just one month after settling her groping case.

The 27-year-old is being sued by songwriters Sean Hall and Nathan Butler for supposedly stealing their lyrics for her hit song Shake It Off.

It seems that the lyrics in Taylor’s tune are identical to some of the lyrics used in their song, Playas Gon’ Play, which was recorded by girl group 3LW in 2001. While their song only reached No. 81 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, Shake It Off soared to No. 1.

The 2001 lyrics go: “The playas gon’ play/ Them haters gonna hate…” While Taylor’s go: “Cause the players gonna play, play, play, play, play/ And the haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate…”

A spokesperson for the pop star told TMZ that Sean and Nathan’s case is “a ridiculous claim and nothing more than a money grab,” adding, “The law is simple and clear. They do not have a case.”
