Another Love Island Couple Bites The Dust! Lucinda And Aaron Have Parted Ways

We’ve got our first post-villa split, if you could call it that.

Love Island’s Aaron Francis and Lucinda Stafford are no longer getting to know each other as the 21-year-old admitted that she “didn’t find love” from her time in the villa.

Confessing that the pair said goodbye to each other at the airport, Lucinda added that the situation was “weird” as they had to exchange phone numbers after having zero connection to the outside world while they were getting to know each other in the villa.

“We’ve kept in contact, we’re both in isolation, and there has been a couple of messages here and there. We did like each other in the villa, which was quite obvious, but we were only coupled up for a few days. It’s so crazy to think I was in there for almost three weeks, I feel like I blinked, and it was over,” the 21-year-old told the MailOnline.

Quashing rumours that she was in their for reasons other than finding love, Lucinda admitted that she found claims she was still with her ex funny and added that she wanted to find a genuine connection while in the villa.

“The aim of the game is to find love and I did really want to… I made amazing friends in there.”

And in usual post Love Island mania, Lucinda added that she’s got a very busy schedule since coming out of the villa and her catapult to reality TV fame, noting that seeing Aaron will be challenging and that above all, they hope to remain  “really good” friends.

Whatever happens we’re excited to follow these Islanders on their post-villa journeys.
