EYNTK Ahead Of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Season 4

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives thrives with the drama and scandal brewing within MomTok. From friendships to enemies, service to scandal, these Mormon wives’ lives have become addictive to watch.

And with season 4 set to grace our screens March 12, viewers are more than ready to see the drama unfold. In case you need a refresh of the previous chaos from the last season, we have just the recap, as well as some BTS on what the cast have been getting up to outside of the show.

At the end of season 3 the MomTok group was more divided than ever. Taylor Frankie Paul, aka the Queen of MomTok, has arguably endured the most drama within the group. She just can’t seem to catch a break.

While last season she came off much more mature then previously seen, her issues with baby daddy Dakota Mortenson are never ending.

Her most recent update outside the show is becoming the lead of The Bachelorette season 22, also premiering this March. And with the final scene of season 3 being Taylor and Chase McWhorter – the former husband of Miranda – out on a date it’s safe to say there’s plenty of gossip still be revealed.

Mikayla Matthews had a lot more screen time this season, bravely sharing her past trauma and current issues with her husband Jace Terry.

Some fans are critical of very private moments being filmed, including Mikayla’s therapy sessions and intimate conversations. As many say, the girls need some grace and privacy to deal with certain issues, not a reality show and constant criticism.

Whitney Leavitt’s shocking return (even though she had claimed she was done with the show) secured her a spot on Dancing with the Stars along with Jen Affleck.

Her return to the series has also lead to other projects for her including a Broadway debut in musical Chicago. In this past season of Secret Lives, Whitney was trying to rekindle broken friendships, but did not get a lot of reciprocation.

But Whitney was not the villain last season as the public made sure Demi Engemann took that role this time. Chase McWhorter shoving Demi caused a huge amount of conflict on the show with the moms claiming her allegation against Marciano Brunette may also be an exaggeration.

Hopefully season four will help give more clarity on this situation, although we know Demi is no longer a core cast mate of the show.

Layla Taylor seemed to have found love in season 3 with Mason McWhorter, Chase’s brother – but that relationship is now over.

Originally Layla announced it had ended on good terms, asking for fans not to send Mason hate but that no longer seems to be the case. Only a couple of hours later she posted a TikTok with the text, ‘I take back there being no bad blood.’

Jen Affleck had tensions with Demi this season with the pair constant arguing, but her relationship with husband Zac also featured in possibly a less toxic light. Jen also competed in Dancing with the Stars, only eight (yes, eight!) weeks after giving birth.

Jessi Draper’s main storyline last season centred around her marriage to Jordan Ngatikaura, and the fallout from her affair.

Jessi admitted to having an emotional affair with Marciano and partook in a polygraph to prove her innocence over initial claims they had slept together.

Miranda Hope and Mayci Neeley stayed the most unproblematic members of MomTok in season 3, although sometimes getting involved in situations they may not have needed to be in.

With Miranda’s previous swinging scandal with Taylor, she seems to be purposefully staying out of the drama. We can expect to see Macy’s book tour in the upcoming season.

The season 4 trailer is filled with more chaos and drama than ever before, and with new stars entering the chat we can only predict what’s going to go down.

After all, the drama is stronger than their faith…
