It Looks Like Emily In Paris S2 Will Be Shot In A New Location From This BTS Snap

Emily in Paris has begun shooting season two and it’s safe to say we’re buzzing.

Sharing the first snap of the girls back in action and reunited after a long break, Lily Collins, who plays Emily Cooper shared an image alongside co-stars Ashley Park, who plays Mindy Chen and Camille Razat, who funnily enough plays, Camille, while on set.

“The girls are back. Reunited and it feels so good!” Lily captured the shot of the trio in what looks like their bathing suits and beachwear. But what fans were most excited to see was the tagged location of the shoot. No, it wasn’t Paris, but the uber luxurious South of France destination, St. Tropez.

Are the girls being whisked away by Camille and her wealthy family who own a champagne business? Will we see Emily open up about her feelings for Gabriel? Or will we see her rekindle her flame with Camille’s brother? The story is still unknown but the excitement to see these folks back together and in a new destination is real.

Having completed press in Paris at the beginning of May, it looks like the production team headed south to begin the show, with paparazzi and fan shots showing all the girls in and around St Tropez, shooting at the luxurious port and various bars and cafés nearby.

Oh, how we cannot wait.

As for release date for season two, well, we don’t have an official date yet, but we do have this cute teaser from Netflix of the cast announcing a series “deux”, so with filming underway now, we could see an early 2022 release on the cards.
