Of course, as the air date for Love Island nears, speculation is beginning to mount like crazy as to who could be entering the Love Island villa as it returns to our screens this summer.
After a year’s hiatus due to the pandemic, the show is back and set to be better than ever before as a whole host of singletons spend weeks in the sun, coupling up, breaking up and finding love.
So, who could we see set to enter for season 7?
Well, we’ve already met our first rumoured male contestant,ย professional boxer Harley Benn, the son of boxing legend Nigel Benn, who was apparently first to sign on the dotted line after impressing the producers.
But, who’s been tipped as the first female to enter? Well, it looks like it could be influencer Alisha Lemay.

According to the Mail Online, the influencer is a potential for the Love Island cast.
“Alisha is exactly the type of contestant ITV2 are looking for โ sheโs gorgeous, body confident and isnโt afraid to be herself,” an insider told the publication.
Being compared to as the next Molly-Mae, who came runner up in the last summer season, Alisha is also in the same profession as Molly-Mae and so, could potentially follow suit and seriously build her personal brand while in the villa if she’s successful.

Other potential contestants rumoured to be entering this villa this summer includeย Alexis Bailey and Ellis Iyayi as well as YouTuber Elmo Films, however, as ITV has not confirmed anyone as of yet, this is all just speculation and word of mouth.
The good news is that it looks like within the next couple of weeks we’ll have a clearer idea as to who will be heading into the Love Island villa as well as an official start date.
Eeeep, roll it on!
