The Theme Of The Toy Show 2025 Is…

It’s that time of year again! The Late Late Toy Show is back on our screens tonight.

We’ll be getting into our pyjamas, cuddling up in front of the fire and watching Patrick Kielty try to wrangle children for two hours!

Every year, the show has a fabulous theme – in recent years we’ve had Home Alone, Elf and The Wizard of Oz.

So how are they going to up it this year?

Drumroll please…this year’s theme is….The- The- The Grinch!

“Someone may have to dress up as The Grinch. A lot of people maybe think there’s not that much makeup needed for that,” Patrick tells us with a laugh as we get an exclusive sneak peek at the Toy Show set.

“I’m very excited. Christmas never really started in our house until we sat down and watched The Grinch. There’s a lot of lines in it that we quote to each other, even when it’s not Christmas.”

Well it looks like we’re going to be in for a treat. And Patrick promises plenty of costume changes..maybe even six or seven! Yes, we’re presuming the ongoing viral meme will feature in the Toy Show tonight.
