‘They Always Know Where We Are’: Jessica Woodley On Life As A Made In Chelsea Cast Member
She's about to kick off filming for the show's summer season.
Jessica Woodley only joined the Made In Chelsea cast last year, but she’s already a recognisable fixture, and one who’s not without her share of MIC drama. But despite a shaky start, the 21-year-old tells Stellar.ie she’s looking forward to getting back to filming for the show’s summer season.
After making waves with Binky following the revelation she had kissed Alex Mytton – both Jess and Binky have dated Alex in the past – Jessica reveals things have finally been smoothed out.
“Fortunately that has unfolded for me and the girls have given me a second chance so it’s much better now” she told us at the launch of the Oasis Chelsea Physic Garden collection in London this week.
Jessica was in attendance as the face of the new summer florals line, and modelled her favourite piece for us – this Silk Stripe Floral Hanky Hem dress:
The platinum blonde beauty and her MIC co-stars are currently on a short break from filming, but come the end of the month it’ll be all systems go, as the cast head off on a group holiday.
“I have been filming, quite a lot, we’re about to go into the summer season but we have some time off now,” Jessica explains.
“When we’re filming they [the E4 producers] always know where we are. But we’re allowed that two or three week break, which we all need, to do whatever we please, and then we’re back on call.”
With a year on the show under her belt, the new season will no doubt be less nerve-wracking for Jess, who joined MIC as an unknown in 2015.
“I did find it quite daunting and scary, but I knew the boys, so I had some guy friends helping me. It got easier quite fast.”
As for the destination of this year’s holiday, Jess remains tight-lipped, but she did divulge that the group of cast members heading away is “quite tasteful.” That said, we still predict a LOT of drama…
The brand new Oasis Chelsea Physic Garden collection, based on botanical sketches from the beautiful London gardens, is available to purchase in-store and online later this month.
