If you’re a massive Love Island fan, we have a sneaky suspicion that you’re gonna love this new dating show. Season two Love Island star Scott Thomas (whose brother is Ryan Thomas) is currently creating his own reality dating show, Parties in Paradise, and he’s on the lookout for contestants.
And, rather than a villa-esque setup, the contestants will be island hopping as they sail around on a fancy yacht – did someone say boujie!?
“It’s in the middle of a bidding war between channels but it’ll end up airing globally – it’s huge,” a source told The Sun. “It’s filming in October and November and the idea is that sexy single people cruise around on a yacht and fall in love.”
“The boat will go between islands and they’re looking for people who aren’t famous – they want normal people who’ll win the public’s hearts, just like on Love Island.”

The insider also added that the series will be going “head to head” with Love Island, so it sounds like we’ll have to make the decision about which we’ll sit down to watch first.
Parties in Paradise is being made by Fremantle, who is the same production company behind Netflix’s Too Hot To Handle, so we know it’s gonna be good.
Scott’s PR company, which he co-founded, shared the casting call Instagram, writing, “Would YOU like the chance to spend a summer at the most exclusive beach parties full of the world’s hottest singles? Come aboard for the greatest summer of your life in this new reality dating show.”
Potential contestants were asked to email paradiseinpartiescasting@fremantle.com or ellen@thesocialpr.co.uk.
Let’s hope this will make up for the lack of Love Island this year, eh?
