So you haven’t been quite as saintly diet-wise as you were planning. You’ve fallen off the wagon and binge eaten all the burgers/ice cream/chocolate you could get your hands on. Sh*t happens ladyfriend, and you shouldn’t beat yourself up about it because a little extra time spent down the gym really can burn those extra calories right off.

Okay, so maybe we’re exaggerating a bit when we say ‘a little’. We can’t lie it’s going to take some extra slog to close that calorie deficit but as this infographic from Compare The Market shows it’s totes doable.

For example, if you’ve scoffed down a Big Mac with regular fries you’ll need to put in 60 minutes on the treadmill. A scoop of ice cream? You can work that off with a 20 minute swim. A Dominos small pizza? You can forget it happened after two hours of running.

Sure that might seem like a helluva lot but if you can combine all of that throughout the week and just generally be a little more active we’ll bet you’ll torch those surplus K-cals in no time.

Room enough then for another cheat, yes? Yes.
