Well, Another Selling Sunset Star Is Leaving The Oppenheim LA Brokerage

Just when you think the Oppenheim group, of Selling Sunset fame couldn’t undergo any more changes, another estate agent is leaving the infamous LA office.

This time around it’s the newly-engaged Heather Rae Young.

Confirming the news with Fox News, co-founder of the brokerage Jason Oppenheim said that Heather’s departure was a ‘long time coming’. Heather isn’t leaving the group entirely however, as her new venture is to work in the brokerage’s new office in the seaside beach town of Newport Beach.

Explaining how exactly things are going to work in the new location, Jason explained:

“Heather is going to be working out of that office and my best friend is going to be managing the office,”

While a fourth season of hit real-estate show Selling Sunset has been confirmed for a fourth season, it’s still unknown who exactly will be appearing on it, since the office has undergone so many changes since the last season.

It has been confirmed that Davina Portratz has left the brokerage for a rival company, although there is no hard feelings between herself and Jason. What’s more, Jason’s twin and co-founder has also left the agency to branch out on her own. And one of the show’s biggest characters, Christine has threatened to leave if favouritism towards Mary doesn’t stop – yikes!

Jason is hopeful that despite leaving the LA office, Heather will still appear on the next season, along with her new fiance Tarek El Moussa.

“I go down to Orange County and see Tarek and Heather a lot and I was talking with them yesterday, so I would like to see them,” Jason said.

“I would hope and expect that he (Tarek) would appear on at least one (episode). Tarek has become a friend to us and a part of the family. And I do hope that that is presented on the show too.”
