What Happened With The Westlife Pre-Sale Tickets?

Westlife announced that they would be taking to the stage of the 3Arena and the SSE Arena in 2026.
The lads will be celebrating 25 years of the band.
Kian Egan, Nicky Byrne and Shane Filan will play a five night residency in the 3Arena in September before performing three more nights in Belfast in October.
Tickets go on sale on Thursday; however, die hard fans were ready for pre-sale on Monday morning.
However, they were left devastated due to a presale glitch.
Fans took to social media to share their frustrations and query what happened with presale.
@mcd_productions @westlifemusic @TicketmasterCS emails for this morning’s presale were supposed to be sent already and it’s now 15 mins before tickets go on sale with no word?? Checked junk mail etc, where’s the presale link??

Speaking about the tour, Shane, Nicky, and Kian of Westlife said: “There’s no better feeling than coming home to Dublin. This city has been at the heart of our story from the very beginning, and to kick off our 25th anniversary celebrations with five nights at the 3Arena feels incredibly special.
“Every time we play here, the crowd’s energy is electric, we can’t wait to celebrate with you all and make more amazing memories together.”
General sale kicks off on Thursday at 9am.
