Gwyneth Paltrow launched her online newsletter, Goop, in September 2008, in which she shares information that she feels people ought to know.

The actress’s latest update should probably have been left un-posted though, as she shares her definitive guide to anal sex – something that if people really wanted to learn about they could do so, um, elsewhere online.

“It’s practically standard in the modern bedroom repertoire,” she explains, “and if anal turns you on, you are definitely not alone.”

The 44-year-old continues to note the risks involved in anal sex, and recruits the help of Paul Joannides, Psy.D., author of The Guide to Getting it On!, for tidbits.

Gwyneth covers everything from modifying anal sex in porn to suit real-life couples, to the positions that make anal sex easiest, in case you were looking for tips.
