Will Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson Make Their Red Carpet Debut At The Met Gala?

When Kim K and Pete Davidson first started seeing each other in late 2021, everyone was shocked to say the least. But now months later, they are still going strong and are pretty serious. After all they have went Instagram official, met each other’s family, and Pete has tattoos and permanent brandings dedicated to Kim.

But there is one big step the pair have yet to take…making their red carpet debut.

An essential step for any celeb couple, Kim and Pete have gone to events together, like when Pete showed up to The Kardashian’s premiere with her. But they’ve never actually walked the red carpet together.

However, that could all be changing as the pair are reportedly planning to make their red carpet debut at none other than this year’s Met Gala. A source close to Kete told Hollywood Life, “Kim has been invited to the Met Gala and wants nothing more than for Pete to go with her as her date, they were both invited by Anna (Wintour) separately, as they have been in the past.”

The source continued, “Kim and Pete are ready to make their grand debut as a couple and they feel that the Met Gala is the perfect place to do it.”

The Met Gala is honestly the perfect event for their first red carpet as a couple, because it has a lot of importance for both of them.

Kim has been a staple at the event for years now, after she attended for the first time back in 2013. Ever since you can pretty much always find her on the best dressed list for the annual event. The source also revealed just how much the SKIMS founder adores the Met Gala.

Saying, “This is Kim’s favorite night of the entire year, she cannot wait to show him her ultra-glamorous side.”

And while Pete is certainly newer to the MG, he has already made a name for himself at the event. He made his Met Gala debut just last year, and impressed everyone with his outfit choice. He donned a black tunic dress from Thom Browne, styled with a white dress shirt and blazer. The outfit received rave reviews from…well everyone, pretty impressive for his first year.

Needless to say, we can’t wait for these two to make it red carpet official, let’s just hope they do so in coordinated outfits!
