‘You Just Suck’: Pink Defends Her Super Bowl Performance

Despite smothering with the flu, Pink blew us away with her rendition of the American national anthem at the Super Bowl on Sunday.

Pink told her Instagram followers on Saturday that she was trying to “practice away the flu” before “one of the biggest honours of her life”, singing the national anthem at the Super Bowl.

The singer is known to be less than tolerant with her haters, so it was no surprise she clapped back when one Twitter user criticized her performance.

The singer was also criticized for spitting out her throat lozenge before she began singing, which at the time people believed was gum.

After her performance, Pink shared a photo of her and her daughter on Twitter, thanking fans for their support.
