This time of year has us all craving a change of hairstyle. While we think we’re pushing the boat out with a new swanky fringe, actress Ruby Rose is out here shaving her head and dying it in a marble effect – no, really.

Always one to change up her look, this style is Ruby’s most daring yet, with fans absolutely losing it after getting a glimpse of the out-there style.

Showing off the new do’, Ruby uploaded a picture to her social media, captioning the post: “Trippy hair for trippy times.” While loads of celebs have been going mad with the aul hair dye since March, with baby pink coming out on top, Ruby has just blown every celebrity hair colour out of the water with her rainbow marble effect skinhead.

Making us move closer to our screens and squint to get a decent look, Ruby’s hair is a green, yellow, pink and purple array of zig-zags and swirls, and frankly it’s an absolute tonic in this off-the-rails world we’re living in right now.

But, it seems like we weren’t the only ones wondering if we were hallucinating when we first saw the dye-job, as one follower commented:

” I really had to exit the page and come back to make sure I wasn’t trippin out.”

And another added: We need a “how it started, how it ended” meme for this. The amount of times you’ve done something with your hair during this quarantine… is honestly a mood so please, give me more ideas.”
