Perrie welcomed Axel into the world with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in August of last year.

The girlband star shared some adorable pictures of her first child after he was born saying, “Welcome to the world baby 21/08/21 ♥️”.

Eagle-eyed fans suspected that Perrie was heading into labour at that time, when her boyfriend Alex pulled out of his football match at the last minute due to “personal reasons”.

Friends of the star sent love to the happy family after the birth, in the comments with Laura Whitmore writing, “Welcome baby” and Lottie Tomlinson saying, “Congratulations”.

The couple shared the baby news on Instagram in May, posting some snaps of her bump posing alongside footballer Alex, with the caption, “Me + Him = You 🌎♥️ We can’t wait to meet you baby Ox!”
