So TMZ Is Pretty Sure That Sanaa Lathan Is The Actress Who Bit Beyoncé

Even though she's denied it. The plot thickens...

Since we dove deep into the ‘Who Bit Beyoncé?’ mystery yesterday, there have been quite a few developments.

While conspiracy theories abound, and one previously discounted name has been thrown back in the ring: Now You See Me 2 actress Sanaa Lathan, who was at the party in question but denied biting Bey.

But according to TMZ, ‘multiple sources’ told them that Tiffany Haddish told ‘multiple people’ that it was Sanaa. That’s a lot of multiples.

Here’s the real story, according to the gossip outlet:

Sanaa was talking to Jay in a way that made Bey uncomfortable. Beyoncé went over to Sanaa who brushed off any insinuation of inappropriate conduct and then gave her a jokey bite.

“One source said it was not an aggressive bite… it was playful and noninvasive, but still caught Beyoncé off guard,” said the report.

This is further backed up by Vulture, who received a tip that Tiffany had told the story at a stand-up gig and said the biter had previously dated rapper French Montana – something Sanaa Lathan confirmed to last year:

Beyoncé and Sanaa have known each other for a few years, which is probably why she wasn’t thrown out after the biting occurred, and we can assume that there was no ill will meant.
