Everything Team STELLAR Is Loving This Week

Another week, another roundup on all the things we’ve been loving the past seven days.

So far this week, we’ve enjoyed a whole three hours of sunlight – in July! What a treat for everyone involved.

Jade is loving… The World Cup

And what better way to celebrate it than with a crisp bottle of Carlsberg 0.0?

This week, Ireland played Canada in the Fifa Women’s World Cup, and the incredible Katie McCabe made history scoring the country’s first ever goal in the competition.

It was an incredible scene to behold, even if the outcome wasn’t exactly what we’d hoped for. To encourage more people to watch the match, Carlsberg popped into the STELLAR offices to drop off some treats and beers to get us hyped for the game.

They even brought former pro footballer Jason McAteer with them. Yes, really.

It may be rainy outside, but I’m still committed to the illusion that I’m getting sun kissed every day. Kash Beauty’s illuminating liquid ‘skin glazes’ are a new fave of mine; they’ve got this glossy, subtle finish that makes it seem like I’m glowing from within!

I love the Peach Paradise blush, which is a gorgeous subtle coral, and the Honey Bronze bronzer, which adds a lot of warmth to my face. All I need now is the weather to match!

Jade is loving… Scarie moovies

I love horror. It’s my favourite genre. I understand that not everybody does, and that’s okay, because that simply means more for me.

Earlier this week I caught a preview of upcoming Gen-Z horror, Talk To Me, and it is, without doubt, set to be the biggest scary movie of the year.

The film follows a group of friends who become addicted to talking to spirits through a ceramic hand at parties. That is, until, one of their soirées goes very, very wrong.

Talk To Me is genuinely horrifying and really very funny (yes, really) – the ideal combination for a quiet night out at the cinema where you may need to sleep with the light on afterwards.

I love an unusual bouquet of flowers; the wilder the better. Adonis is a an independent, woman owned, and totally gorgeous florist in the liberties in Dublin – just a stone’s throw from our office! They do the most stunning and eclectic bunches of flowers that will seriously brighten your day, and make for a lovely gift.

Jade is loving… Whiskey in August

No better time for it, really.

Dingle is launching their latest whiskey offering next month, Dingle Lúnasa Single Malt. To mark the launch of the new drink, the brand is hosting a stunning ‘A Celebration of Lúnasa’ event on Tuesday, August 1^st, in The Fumbally Stables, Dublin.
