Insta Bake – Galaxy Fudge Is The Latest Sweet Treat You’ll Want To Whip Up

Mary Berry is honestly scared RN. She’s terrified at how good our baking skills have got this year, how top notch our food photography is and how driven we are to creating more and more delicious treats in the kitchen.

Yep, it’s safe to say we’re coming for her crown and the latest sweet treat that’s cropping up all over Instagram is a gorge lil’ snack.

Taking a well needed pause (for life) from banana bread, now we’re on to making galaxy fudge and unlike the chocolate bar, these are inspired by space and colour.

Requiring just five ingredients, these adorable bites are perfect for when you’ve got a guest or two over at your gaff for a socially distanced drink or simply, for you to enjoy by yourself while watching Christmas movies.

The decision is totally yours.

Ingredients 

• 1 tin Condensed milk (397g)
• 525g White chocolate
• 4 x Food colouring (pink, purple, black & blue)
• 10-15 Oreos for base
• 2 tbsp Sprinkles
