As we venture into our second weekend of self-isolation, it’s important to remember the little things we can do to help keep ourselves busy and our minds happy.
That’s why we’re so thankful of incredible Irish businesses for helping us through these unknown days, coming together to provide free online classes and activities to keep us busy while we spend another day at home. We take our hats off to them!
Helping to keep us preoccupied, Irish illustrators Jill & Gill have released a free colouring book which you can download as a PDF, print out and colour.

Featuring a collection of boss ladies from Frida Kahlo to Anna Wintour, the book contains a selection of beautiful images all created by the ladies for you to colour in.
What’s even better, Jill & Gill want to see your art and reward it, “submit your creative work back to hello@jillandgill.com and well automatically send you a 15% discount code for our online shop” their Instagram reads.
The book has already received incredible reaction with one customer writing:
“I downloaded 2 copies – I posted one copy out to someone who has just turned 70, lives alone and is in self- isolation. We just spoke and he said it made his day.”
And if you’re in the mood for more mindful activities, many yogis are now offering free classes online. We wrote about Posture Ellie giving free posture advice for those working from home over here and, one of our favourite yogis, Maura Rath is doing two classes for free every day over on her Instagram channel.
“I have decided to stream my classes LIVE & FREE for the next few weeks. My classes are about unity coming together, having fun and finding a little space in our bodies and minds,” Maura explained.
