NASA astronauts have named a “bright spot” on the moon ‘Carroll,’ after Carroll Taylor Wiseman, the late wife of Artemis 2 crew member Reid Wiseman who passed away in 2020 🌓

“We lost a loved one. Her name was Carroll. The spouse of Reid, the mother of Katie and Ellie,” the crew said.

“It’s a bright spot on the moon… And we would like to call it Carroll.”
