After Five Months Jake Paul And Tana Mongeau Have Called It Quits On Their ‘Marriage’, Because Of Course They Have

Jake Paul and Tana Mongeau have officially called it a day on their ‘open marriage’ after five months of ahem, wedded bliss.

Taking to social media to announce their split, the pair shared a cute couple pic together and in true Ross and Rachel form announced that they were ‘taking a break’.

To refresh your memory a little, the pair tied the knot, or rather ‘tied the knot’ in Las Vegas back in July.

i’m probably gonna be posting wedding photos longer than we’re married for but i felt like i had to start with these- these photos were taken minutes after someone literally threw an entire drink at us at the fucking altar. obviously, like everything happening at this wedding- that wasn’t apart of my plan (or any ideal for a regular wedding). but somehow amidst all of the chaos and cameras, we grabbed eachother’s faces and the second we both locked eyes and smiled… it made it all better. everything was okay. if not, better. it kinda set the tone for everything we’ll go through together. probably not easy, or conventional, but throughout all of the chaos, if we can just grab eachother, the world stops spinning for a second. i’m never really prepared for what might be thrown at us but i’m happy i get to deal with it with my best friend by my side. it’s a beautiful thing that every single time someone wants to take the power away from us and put us down, we are able to come together and let positivity & love help us power through that. i wouldn’t have wanted to marry you in any other unconventional fucked up way, Jake. It came to light that the ceremony wasn’t legally binding, and the pair agreed to enter into the so-called marriage as an open marriage, which kind of contradicts the whole idea of marriage but anyway, we digress, we’re sure it got them loads of YouTube views so alls fair in love and war.

Captioning her snap, Tana said:

“Ok i don’t rly know how to do a “we’re taking a break” post & this is weird as f***… I’m happy to still be able to sit with Jake and laugh as we do this- but for right now we both are taking a break to focus on our own very crazy lives.”

While Jake announced the split over on his Insta with:

“As Tana and I sit next to each other writing captions about taking a break we’re literally laughing at how crazy and stupid the past couple months have been and cracking jokes at how silly this all seems. I’m keeping custody of Thor but Tana, unfortunately, gets my Lamborghini”.

And who said romance was dead?!

Never ones to miss an opportunity to gain some clout, we’re certain there’ll be Youtube videos to follow the announcement, giving us more information behind their split, because oversharing just seems to be their thing.
