It’s safe to say that a Love Island appearance can be pretty life-changing. Few from the show are still together, tieing the knot and beginning families, while others go on to sign brand deals and adjust to full-time social media influencing. Although it’s obvious that’s not going to be the route for every Love Island contestant, including Rachel Finni.

Rachel appeared in the 2021 season of the show, where we looked on as she had to choose between Brad McClelland and Chuggs Wallis right at the beginning of the series. Simpler times, eh?

Since then, Rachel has shared with her followers that the full-time influencer life just isn’t for her and she has since returned to her day job, despite having amassed over 90k Instagram followers.

When asked  “What job would you like to have in the future?” on TikTok, she shared: “A lot of people don’t know this, but I’ve actually gone back to working in hospitality which I’m really enjoying so far.

“My end goal is to focus as much as I can on my career, keep doing influencing on the side and hopefully one day be a housewife with my babies.”

Well, there you have it.

In other LI news, Greg O’Shea has revealed what an awkward situation it was coming out of the villa, as most assumed he was minted straight after the show.

This led to a lot of complications, especially with dates. As Greg told The Sunday Times, “People expect that I’ll be the one paying for the drinks and it’s not their fault. They know I did the show and there are assumptions made.

“If I go on a date with girls they always expect me to pay, and I will initially because I asked them on the date, but it gets to a stage where it’s like right, it’s the 21st century, you’re making more money than me.”
