While it’s only been a couple of months, it seems as if it’s been a lifetime since Framing Britney Spears first aired on our screens. Now, Britney is seemingly putting her fan’s minds at ease in a recent Q&A on Instagram.

While answering a few questions from fans on her Instagram, Britney decided to reply to one question that was simply asking if she’s okay.

Over the years, many people have expressed their concern for Britney amid her conservatorship that was explored more in the recent New York Times documentary.

In the doc, it’s explained that due to the conservatorship (that she was placed under back in 2008), Britney doesn’t have control over many things such as her own finances. Many people believe that Britney is being unjustifiably controlled, leading to the #FreeBritney movement.

This comes after Britney recently shared her thoughts on the documentary, admitting that it made her feel ’embarrassed, Britney said that she couldn’t watch the whole thing as she found it too upsetting.

“My life has always been very speculated…watched …and judged really my whole life!” she began.

“I have been exposed my whole life performing in front of people !!! It takes a lot of strength to TRUST the universe with your real vulnerability cause I’ve always been so judged… insulted… and embarrassed by the media… and I still am till this day!!!!

Continuing on, Britney added that the documentary made her ‘cry for two weeks’.

“I cried for two weeks and well… I still cry sometimes!!!! I do what I can in my own spirituality with myself to try and keep my own joy, love, and happiness!!!! Every day dancing brings me joy !!! I’m not here to be perfect … perfect is boring … I’m here to pass on kindness.”
