Camila Cabello Has Had To Ask Her Fans To ‘Delete Mean Comments’ Following Her Split From Matthew Hussey

Camila Cabello reportedly split from her boyfriend Matthew Hussey earlier this month – and has now had to do some damage control for her adoring fans.

The former Fifth Harmony member, who was dating ‘love guru’ Hussey for about 18 months, took to social media to ask her fans to please stop sending him online hate, and asking them to delete any mean messages they may have sent.

Posting on her Insta stories, the Havana singer said:

“To my fans, if you really love me, please do not send people I love and care about hateful things. You doing that really hurts me and so it’s unnecessary and heavy and damaging to add more pain to pain.

“There’s a real person behind your tweets. Your spamming them with hateful, insensitive things is really not funny, is causing all of us pain and doesn’t at all reflect the values I talk about.

“Please be kind and compassionate and sensitive and respectful. I know you love me, but anyone that’s doing that is really not even respecting the sacred things in my life. The people I love and care about is one of them.

“I would really appreciate if you would delete any mean comments you’ve sent, and please be kind by leaving it alone.”

Neither Camila nor Matthew have commented on the split before this, but we’re taking this as official confirmation that they are no more…. sad.
