Can You Guess Which TV Character Is The Most Influential Style Icon?

Watching some of our favourite TV shows, taking note of and being inspired by some of the character’s style in it is natural. I mean, I can’t be the first person to temporarily model my personality and appearance around my current TV obsession *cough Emily In Paris*, can I?

Well, if recent research is anything to go by, apparently not. Data gathered by Money.co.uk  has discovered which TV shows and characters influence our fashion, make-up, and home decor choices the most – and some of the results may surprise you.

Okay, I said some may surprise you. The study found that Jennifer Anniston’s character Rachel Green takes the top spot as the TV character who inspires our wardrobe the most – which, no surprises there, really? Turns out, just under half a million people searched for tips on how to dress like Rachel Green, and if you do happen to be one of those people, this post may be of interest to you.

The ever-stylish Rachel aside, the study found that for inspiring makeup looks, Euphoria, RuPaul’s Drag Race, and Friends all take the top three spots, respectively.

When it comes to interiors however, it looks like people are on the hunt for some groovy inspo as The Brady Bunch came in the number one spot for the most inspiration TV show for interior design. Also making the top ten spot for our deco inspo is Mad Men, Sex And The City , and Downton Abbey.
