With no social distancing and no masks on any of the guests (besides a very controversial costume by Jaden Smith), Kendall is getting slammed on social media for not adhering to guidelines. Guidelines which currently state in California that people need to practice physical distancing if they’re leaving their home, staying 6 feet away from others, as well as wearing a cloth covering on their face.
The party which was held at a rooftop garden in West Hollywood, saw the likes off Hailey and Justin Bieber, Devin Booker, The Weeknd, as well as Kendall’s extended family and plenty more revellers present.
Each guest apparently took a rapid Covid-19 test when entering, having to receive a negative before attending the bash, but it looks like Kendall didn’t expect the party ongoings to hit social media, as she had a “no posting” rule in place, which similarly, nobody followed.
Now, days following the party, Kris Jenner has reacted to the backlash while chatting with SiriusXM’s Radio Andy.

Explaining that like many, her family are just trying to do their best, Kris said:
“We’re dealing with lots of people that have different opinions, and all we can do is live our lives the best way we know how and be responsible and do the right thing. And we’re doing that. And I think, I am very sensitive to what’s going on. Believe me, you know, I’ve really tried so hard.”
Continuing, Kris noted that while filming the final season of KUWTK, the family are all getting tested twice a week no matter how many or how little people are gathered together.

“At Kendall’s, everyone got tested before they walked in the door and they had to wait a half an hour until the results were in.
“So we are really responsible, and we make sure that everyone in our family and our closest friends are tested religiously.”
Kris also added that people attending the bash got tested in the days leading up to Halloween too, adding that all they can do is their best and that they can’t control the reaction.
“We do what we can. We try to follow the rules. And then, if people are commenting and they’re being critical, I can’t control that,” Kris said. “I just can control how we behave, and I try to do the best we can.”
