Laguna Beach Fans Are Screaming As Kristen Cavallari Reunites With Stephen Colletti

Last night we took a trip down memory lane thanks to Kristen Cavallari and Stephen Colletti’s COSY reunion snap on Instagram.

Sharing a dim light photo of herself sitting on the lap of her high school sweetheart, the romance which heavily played out on the hit MTV show Laguna Beach, Kristen cleverly captioned the pic “2004 or 2020”; obviously, sending fans into a frenzy.

Having just split from her husband Jay Culter four months ago, rumours have started to circulate that Kristen and Stephen could be hoping to pick up from where they left off 16 years ago.

Speaking about Stephen in her 2016 book Balancing In Heels, Kristen noted Stephen as once the “most important thing in my life, and there was nothing I cared about more. I hated fighting with him on camera because it felt like I was airing all our dirty laundry.”

And with the love triangle featuring Lauren Conrad, and Stephen going off to study in USC, dirty laundry was aired plenty of times on that show and continued into the reality TV sequel The Hills, but that hasn’t stopped Stephen and Kristen from remaining friends… it appears.

And although there’s no talk of a Laguna Beach reboot just yet, Kristen was set to make a cameo in the Hills reboot before Covid-19 struck, one which co-star Spencer Pratt was looking forward to seeing.

I think Kristin is going to be better off [single]” he said on his Speidi Podcast. “I’m excited for her new chapter, hopefully on The Hills, you know, dating.”

And as Kristen is now hoping to spend more time on the west coast as she co-parents her three kids with ex husband, Jay Culter, maybe we will see her dip a toe back into the reality TV dating pool, who knows.
