Una Healy Shares Unfiltered Photo As She Urges Fans To ‘Let Go Of Your Insecurities’

Una Healy is embracing her natural self while in lockdown and she’s loving it. Admitting that sharing a makeup free photo with grey roots showing isn’t something she ever thought she’d do, the Saturdays star posted a selfie yesterday evening encouraging fans to do the same.

“I didn’t think I would ever feel comfortable enough to post a photo like this and not care,” Una opened by saying.

“I used to be mortified for having a few greys for years! But there are much more important things to be concerned about right now,” she continued.

The star who is in lockdown with her two children, Aoife Belle and Tadgh added that right now is the perfect time to embrace your natural beauty, leave you skin breathe and remind yourself that you’re beautiful just the way you are.

“#StayingHome means no trips for root touchups during #socialdistancing so now is the time more than ever to embrace yourself and let go of your insecurities.”

Noting that there’s so much more to focus on than how we look, Una is putting her attention on the bigger picture; staying safe and so, is encouraging people to do the same.

Earlier this year it was reported that Una and long-term boyfriend, David Breen split up after a year together. According to the Mail Online the pair admitted that they wanted “different things in life” and so, mutually parted ways.

Una’s ex husband, Ben Foden also announced the news that his wife, Jackie Smith is pregnant with their first child. The pair currently live in New York together.
