It’s safe to say Spencer Matthews and Vogue Williams have got their hands full. Between having two adorable children and jam packed work schedules, the pair are forever on the go, but revealed in a new social media post that they carve out some alone time at least once a week for a “date”.
As we all know, in lockdown we don’t have the luxury of going on our stereotypical dates to restaurants and the movies, but Spencer and Vogue have found time to exercise together every Saturday and admitted they’re loving it.
“Running has sort of become our date, the last three Saturdays we’ve been able to get out on our own and run, it’s been lovely…” Vogue confessed on Instagram.

Explaining that she has now successfully ran 15k with the help of her husband coaching her, both Vogue and Spencer have found a lot of happiness in keeping fit and smashing personal goals.
Vogue has previously spoken about the benefits she finds from exercise, telling Grazia in 2019 that although she has received body shamming for being too “heavy” and too “skinny” at different points pre and post both pregnancies, the 34-year-old has continued to exercise throughout both because it’s something she enjoys doing.

“Of course, exercise is the last thing on a lot of women’s minds post-pregnancy – and that’s totally okay – but that lifestyle just simply isn’t for me. I love spin classes, boxing, pilates, resistance training – and of course, walking my dog Winston,” she told the publication.
Now, with Vogue’s children Theodore turning three-years-old and Gigi turning one this year, the Irish TV personality and her husband, ex Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews are finding joy in creating a balance between parenting, working and exercising during lockdown.

The pair also admitted to having a nice and relaxed Easter at their house in London. Vogue revealed that the kids went to bed at 7pm and Indian was “en route” after – before Vogue then had to call it an early night herself for her 4:30am wake up call for her radio slot on Heart the following day.
