Derry Girls’ Nicola Coughlan Shared A Dire Script She Was Sent, And It’s Unintentionally Gas
"I?m pregnancy."
The whole country was bet into the Channel 4 comedy Derry Girls a few months ago, and for good reason: It’s absolutely amazing.
While all the cast are stars, we’ve fallen a little bit in love with Nicola Coughlan, the Galway-born actress who plays the goody-two-shoes of the group, Clare.

Nicola is a hoot on social media, and her tweets and Instagrams regularly light up our day (along with her cute Insta-friendship with Jonathan from Queer Eye).
For example, she recently shared a page from a script she received in 2014, pre-Derry Girls. Just bear in mind that these are actual words someone intended an actual character in an actual film to speak.
“A nice memory to pre-Derry Girls times and this is an example of the kind of scripts I got sent,” she wrote on Twitter.
Just a few our personal highlights from this piece of literature:
I?m pregnancy.
Unfortunately, I used two pregnancy text, I almost wish its not true.
I don?t know, Maybe abortion.
Incredible. We do hope she’s getting better stuff sent her way after Derry Girls. You deserve it Nicola booboo <3
