Diplo Says Sophie Turner And Joe Jonas Confiscated His Phone For Their Second Wedding

Joe Jonas said Diplo 'ruined' their first wedding in Vegas.

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas made sure wedding number two was a little less public this time around.

The couple confiscated Diplo’s phone after he live-streamed their first wedding in Vegas back in May.

At the time, Joe said that Diplo ‘ruined’ their big day because he loves social media so much.

“Yeah, he did ruin it. I love Diplo, but he loves his ‘gram more than a 13-year-old. He posts every five seconds. He literally, like, live streamed with dog-face filters. We just laughed. We loved it,” he said on Capital Breakfast.

“We thought it was ridiculous, and I just love that he was walking into the chapel and he was like, ‘going to hit this wedding real quick.'”

While it was fun for us mere mortals to get a view of their Vegas nuptials, it was obviously a point of contention for Joephie (are we calling them that?) because they made sure it wouldn’t happen again in France, according to Diplo himself.

He posted a photo of himself standing on some steps at the wedding venue and said: “This is the only photo I got from Joe and Sophie Turner Jonas wedding because they took my phone from me and put in a holding cell during the ceremony. Heard it was lovely tho”

This time around, the couple tied the knot at Le Château de Tourreau in Avignon, France surrounded by friends and family, including some very famous guests.

There are very few pics just yet but we’ll keep refreshing our Instagram feeds until we hopefully see a magazine deal on their accounts.
