Dublin Restaurant Share Sweet Note Maya Rudolph Left After Dining There This Week

Things you love to see!

Disenchanted star Maya Rudolph recently temporarily relocated to Ireland while filming for the latest Disney film. In between filming, Maya is making the most of her trip to Ireland.

Maya visited Juanitos on Drury Street, Dublin, where she left the sweetest note for the restaurant’s staff.

The note read: “Reka – what a pleasure to meet you! Tell Luca and Lauren I said hi! Love, Maya Rudolph (from Wine Country).”

Juanitos shared a snap of the note on their Instagram with the caption: “It was an honour to meet Maya Rudolph in Juanitos Drury Street today!

“She is an amazing actress, love her movies! Maya Rudolph, thank you for your autograph and thank you for dining with us.”

This comes after Maya and her family took in all of the sights the east coast of Ireland has to offer. Hopping on a popular excursion of Ireland’s Eye.

Posting a picture of Maya enjoying herself, Ireland’s Eye-Ferries captioned the snap on Instagram:

“We welcomed actor Maya Rudolph and her family on board today as she took a break from filming Disney’s Disenchanted”

“They really enjoyed the scenery Howth has to offer.”

Last month, Phibsbourgh cafe Two Boys Brew in Dublin’s D7 got a shock surprise when the Hollywood star popped in for takeaway brunch with her family.

Speaking exclusively to STELLAR at the time, owner Tauren Coughlan said:

“So there I was in the kitchen whipping up some of our peanut butter cookie sandwiches when one of the team popped their head into the kitchen and said Maya was outside with her family. This is Ireland, so its not like we’re used to seeing bonafide Hollywood stars walking around Phibsborough. I popped my head out of the kitchen for a few minutes and was startled to see her just chilling out at our window with her husband and children.”

Continuing, Taur added that his team were thrilled to get to meet Maya and noted all the delish brunch items they ordered from the cafe’s menu.

“The team had nothing but lovely things to say about the whole family and said they ordered quite a lot of our brunch items like Avo Toast, our Harissa Beans dish, pastries and lots of matcha lattes, hot chocolates and iced coffees given it was a beautiful day.

“I believe she also grabbed one of our TBB tote bags too! Fingers crossed she passed on our details to the other cast and we get another bit of Hollywood on our doorsteps.”
