Ava Phillippe often dubbed the “mini Reese Witherspoon” for how incredibly similar she looks to her movie star mom, is once again a talking point for… you guessed it, looking like her mom.

The 21-year-old daughter to Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe shared a snap on Instagram this week alongside her boyfriend Owen Mahoney (nice Irish name) and well, it’s safe to say fans are shook because the pair look like a young Reese and Ryan.

Granted, we already knew Ava was the image of her mom but it’s just a stroke of luck for those who are obsessed with the pair’s similarities that Owen looks like Ryan because it truly looks like a photo from the early 00s of the Cruel Intentions duo.

Ava and Owen met at UC Berkeley and have been dating since some time in 2019. At first, Ava was giving fans an insight into her relationship before deciding to delete all the snaps and keep things private… until now.

“The bats were feeling shy…so here’s a pic of us instead,” the 21-year-old student captioned the pic while standing at Bat Bridge in Austin.

The comments as you can imagine, came flooding in with people writing some version of “totally Reese and Ryan”.

Mom Reese also took to the comments to write “these two” giving Owen that seal of approval.

Reese and Ryan called it quits in 2006 after seven years of marriage. The pair continue to co-parent their kids together and are said to have a good relationship, while their incredible genes certainly live on in these gorgeous kids.
