Lymphatic drainage, that is.

My new thing is trying to be less bloated. Eating better, being a bit more active, and getting myself an hour long lymphatic drainage massage.

This week, JSHealth Vitamins teamed up with Essences Day Spa to provide a gorgeous afternoon of health chats and relaxing massage.

I met with founder Jess Sepel for a 1:1 consultation where she kitted me out with some supplements and powders (bloating and energy, I’m looking at you), before I went to have my lymphatic system drained.

It was deeply relaxing and I felt amazing afterwards, even if my belly did feel a bit mad.

Bronwyn is loving…a pop of colour

Lip oils are all the rage there days.

Lipsticks? Who? Lip glosses? Never heard of ’em. These days, a hydrating oil is where it’s at – and right now, I’m super into the new Fenty Beauty range.

VIP digital editor Bronwyn is loving… A spa getaway

Sometimes all you want to do is turn your brain off for a few hours, get a nice massage and relax. Honestly we all deserve it.

And I got to have that lovely experience at Tulfarris Hotel after they completely renovated the fabulous spa. I was treated to a gorgeous Express Facial and when I tell you it was the most relaxing thing I could have done. Honestly the poor facialist must have thought I was dead by the end of it I was so zenned out!

I was also treated to a lovely stay in the newly refurbished Manor House on the property and it felt like I had stepped into an episode of Bridgerton (there was a chandelier in the room!).

Dinner was a serious delight with the staff being so attentive and happy to help as we enjoyed a beautiful three course meal. I’m still thinking about her!

So if you’re thinking of booking a staycation, get down to Wicklow. I promise it won’t disappoint.
