Here’s Everything Taylor Swift Eats In A Day
Crepes, Diet Coke and cookie dough are all on the menu.
She’s strutted down the Victoria’s Secret runway and her legs are insured for €40million, but what exactly goes into to Taylor Swift’s enviable bod?
Chatting to Bon Appetit she reveals her daily eats…
We’re seriously salivating over Tay’s breakfast. For her first meal of the day she scoffs down a delicious dish of buckwheat crepes with ham and Parmesan cheese with a fried egg on top, all washed down with a glass of orange juice. Major. Yum.
Dinner is just as delicious with Taylor revealing that she loves BBQ food. “I love to make burgers, grilled chicken with different marinades, garlic green beans, carrots and broccoli,” she reveals. Her absolutely favourite meal though? Just like us she’s a big fan of her mam’s roast dinner. “Her brisket and pot roast are out of this world,” she says. “She also makes toffee with brown sugar, chocolate chips, butter and Saltines. Those are high-calorie days for me.”
Taylor is a girl after our own hearts and lists Diet Coke as her go-to snack. Also top of her munchie list? She loves cinnamon rolls and tubs of cookie dough. Oh we hear you, gurl. To add balance, she sups on water all through the day. “I have so much water in my dressing room – because I drink, like, ten bottles of water a day,” she ‘fesses.
Our verdict? We reckon Taylor has the balance right, combining healthy meals, loadsa water and a few cheat treats here and there.
So really only one question remains: When are you having us round for tea Tay?
