Here’s Everything Team STELLAR Is Loving This Week
All the bits.
We’re halfway through one of the coldest months of the year, but that’s not stopping us!
Here at the Team STELLAR office we’re taking this time to be tourists in our own city, trying out gorgeous meals at fab restaurants, going for life affirming sea swims, and doing a little soul searching.
Here’s everything Team STELLAR is loving this week!
Jade is loving… A gorgeous Michelin guide recommended vegetarian meal
January is flexitarian szn. Ask almost anybody, and they’re most likely reducing their meat intake, trying Veganuary, or simply considering the benefits of a more vegetarian diet.
This week, Tenderstem (yes, the broccoli brand) hosted a gorgeous four course meal in Dublin’s Glas restaurant. Chef Malte Half expertly incorporated the plant into every single one of the courses – even the dessert – and let me tell you, it was an incredible dining experience.
If you ever wanted to know what broccoli ice cream tastes like, now you do. It’s really fresh, and actually nice.
Aoife is loving… The Head Plan
I am a chronic journaller. I have a schedule for work, a diary at home, and a number of half filled notebooks floating around the place that I use for random thoughts and plans.
That’s why I honestly squealed when I received my gorgeous delivery from The Head Plan – a journal that combines all things wellness and productivity so you can start realising your best self on paper!
The layout is perfect for a new year; it’s got space for long and short term goals, a booklist to keep track of your reading, and everything you need to sort out your head from to do lists and reflections to productivity rewards and habit tracking.
My head plan is embossed with my initials, which has confirmed it as the most prized of all my paper pals!
Jade is loving… A big coat and dry robe

Do you like walking? Do you also like swimming? Do you like doing both of those things in the cold, January air while remaining warm and toasty?
Enter the Cobe, otherwise known as the coat/dry robe – the multifunctional garment that’s here to make your New Year that little bit less grim.
The Cobe comes from Irish brand Wild & Free, and is the first luxury waterproof coat and dry robe in one. Made with recycled nylon, it’s slimline and lightweight, cosy and 100% waterproof.
So, catch you down at Salthill, yeah?
Aoife is loving… The Book of Kells Experience
I had never been to see the Book of Kells before this week – shameful, I know.
But there’s no time like the present, and they’ve got this whole new immersive experience going on, so I had to go and check it out!
Guys, think the Van Gogh experience, but better – stunning visual displays, a beautiful old historic library, and getting to essentially step into the pages of the Book of Kells (which is over 1000 years old, btw.)
I’m no history buff, but this genuinely amazed me. Go, go, go! Tickets here.
