Hollyoaks’ Owen Warner Confesses He Isn’t Watching Ex Lana Jenkins On Love Island
Lana and Owen had a romance, back in 2020
Love Island is the talk of the town, with everyone and their mothers tuning in nightly. Well…not everyone as Hollyoaks star Owen Warner hasn’t been keeping up with the island, mostly due to ex-girlfriend Lana Jenkins’ appearance on the this year’s series.
Owen and Lana began a summer romance in 2020 but called it quits after a month of dating.
However, there’s no bad blood between the pair, with Owen gushing about his ex-gf, but admitting he is avoiding the show as its “weird” to see her spark up new relationships. Errr, fair point, that’d be awkward!
He told the Mirror: “She’s a lovely girl and people will love her, but I’m not going to be watching. I feel like watching your ex move on to other people is a bit weird.”
“I wish her luck… no doubt she’s going to smash it.”

While Owen hasn’t been watching the show this year, he has been mentioned in the villa, as Lana previously opened up about their romance.
In a game of Never Have I Ever, the islanders were asked about famous exes, leading Lana to reveal her romance with the actor and I’m A Celeb star.
The admission didn’t go over well with her then-partner Ron Hall.
“So basically, I’m competing with someone who’s just come runner-up on a massive show who’s an actor and I work in finance,” Ron said.
“Yeah, erm, sick. This is great.”

Owen and Lana met through mutual friends, following her time working on CBBC’s So Awkward, where she grew close to some Hollyoaks stars.
Their relationship started following Owen’s public break up from ex-girlfriend and co-star Stephanie Davis, in September 2019.
Lana is currently in a couple with Australia bombshell Aaron Waters, but is exploring her feeling for new islander Casey O’Gorman, and ex Ron. Although, new contestant Samie has warned Lana of Ron’s flirty behaviour.
