Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcomed their third child into the world on Monday and they’ve been fairly coy about what her name might be.

The little girl was born via a surrogate mother because Kim’s doctor’s deemed it unsafe for her to carry a baby herself. “We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care,” the reality star wrote on her website this week.

The couple already have a daughter named North and a son named Saint, and fans are expecting another unusual name for the new arrival. But what could it be?

Kim posted this cryptic image of a Louis Vuitton logo last night – with no caption or explanation. We already know that she rarely posts things for no reason – so what is this image trying to tell us?
