Love Island’s Layla Shares Her Thoughts On Why Will Didn’t Re-Couple With Her After Their Casa Amor Fling

"I don’t think it was anything to do with mine and his connection, he just felt too guilty.”

Let’s face it, Love Island fans are plenty used to a dramatic Casa Amor recoupling. Its the whole reason Casa Amor exists! But this week’s Love Island might have had one of the most dramatic re-couplings ever.

No one was safe, with Tanya leaving her couple with Shaq, Kai and Olivia both turning up with new partners, but perhaps the most dramatic point in the evening was actually around a couple who stayed together.

Will and Jessie reunited after Casa Amor, but the Australian girl was soon informed all about Will’s time in Casa and his connection with bombshell Layla. There was tears, digs, and Maya Jama looking stunning, of course. Needless to say a night to remember!

But now we are getting an insider perspective on the recoupling, as Layla, as her fellow Casa Amor girls, are sharing their sides. With Layla admitting she believe Will picked Jessie due to his guilt.

Opening up about her and Will’s connection, Layla said: “I thought it was just a friend vibe but then he made a comment about me turning his head, which caught me by surprise.”

“Spending every day with him was just amazing and has this side to him which is really deep and personal which is so lovely and real. He’s just so sexy, the more time I spent with him the more attracted I was to him.”

While discussing Will choice to return to Jessie, the bombshell insisted his guilt had taken over. Explaining: “Will’s guilt took over, I don’t think it was anything to do with mine and his connection, he just felt too guilty.”

Adding: “You don’t kiss somebody if you’re into someone else. We got on, there was something there.”

Layla was dumped from the island on Thursday night, after Will stayed with Jessie.

Explaining his time in Casa to Jessie, the farmer said: “It’s been a massive struggle and I honestly feel like the worst human.”

While Jessie replied: “I hope you’re okay, Will, no it’s ok, you don’t need to be sorry. It’s fine.”

“Honestly, it’s fine, I actually just don’t have any really words right now. I really didn’t think you would’ve done that.”
