Megan Fox is hitting back at people who feel as if they can comment on her parenting choices, and let’s just say she’s not here for it.

Speaking with InStyle, Megan opened up about how she’s always questioned where her kids are whenever she’s seen without them, especially when she’s out and about or on the red carpet with boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly.

Megan has three children, Noah, who’s 8, Journey, who is 7, and Bodhi, who’s four years old. The 35-year-old actress shares joint custody of their children with her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green.

“Do you ask their dad [where are your kids] when he’s out?” she shared with InStyle, “No, because you don’t expect a dad to be with the kids all the time, but I’m supposed to not be seen and be at home with my kids.”

She continued, “They have another parent. I have to leave and sometimes I don’t want them photographed and they don’t come with me.”

Megan then spoke about sexism and how she’s experienced it, sharing, “There’s so much judgment.

“This whole year I’ve been very surprised by how archaic some of the mindsets still are in some people.”

Speaking about the criticism she’s faced over the four year age gap with MGK, she continued: “You want to talk about patriarchy? The fact that he’s four years younger than me, and people want to act like I’m dating a younger man. He’s 31, and I’m 35. Granted, he’s lived like he’s 19 his whole life, but he isn’t 19. No one would blink twice if George Clooney was dating someone four years younger.”

“That’s so ridiculous that women are treated that way,” she concluded.
