Move Over North And Penelope, This Pic Of Blue Ivy And Apple Martin Is Squad Goals

North West and Penelope Disick might be the cutest cousins around, but when it comes to BFFs brought together by fate, Apple Martin and Blue Ivy win out.

Despite an eight-year age gap, Apple and Blue seem to have a true connection, thanks mainly to their parents – Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin – who share a long-time friendship.

And with Apple celebrating her 12th birthday this weekend, little Blue was top of the guest list for a sleepover. “Birthday brunch squad #godsisterandbesties” Apple’s mum Gwyneth captioned this snap of the birthday girl and her three friends standing around piles of duvets and mattresses.

 After breakfast, the birthday crew headed to Disneyland for a turn on Thunder Mountain, though Gwyneth and her ex-husband Chris sat things out:

This isn’t the first time that Apple’s proud mum has documented her daughter’s friendship with Blue on social media.

During rehearsals for Beyoncé and Coldplay’s SuperBowl half-time show back in February, the pair were snapped holding hands as they walked through Levi’s Stadium in California.
