MTV Cribs Is Finally Getting A Reboot But With British Celebs

MTV Cribs was the show we obsessed over before we followed any interiors Insta accounts or had any homeware boards on Pinterest. 

Over the past few years, our main focus as TV-lovers has been to get a reboot of our favourite shows back on our screens.

We’ve had the likes of Gilmore Girls, and Gossip Girl has just been confirmed, while it’s likely Zoey 101 is also being revisited.

Now, another of our favourite noughties shows is set to come back this year.

MTV Cribs was the show we obsessed over before we followed any interiors Insta accounts or had any homeware boards created on Pinterest.

We loved seeing some of America’s biggest rappers and superstars show off their huuuuge houses, gorgeous gardens, and countless cars.

This time around, the abodes may be a little more tame as MTV UK is set to visit the homes of British celebs and reality stars.

Confirmed for the reboot so far, is Gemma Collins, Megan McKenna and TOWIE’s Joey Essex.

Boxer Amir Khan, reality star Charlotte Dawson, Love Island’s Eyal Booker and newlyweds Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen will also be showing off their homes.

So, it’ll be quite a toned version in comparison to the likes of Mariah Carey, Destiny’s Child, Naomi Campbell and 50 Cent.

MTV Cribs kicks off August 19th at 8 pm.
