Selena Gomez ‘Is Down’ For A Wizards Of Waverly Place Reunion, Confirms David Henrie

From Hannah Montana to WOWP, we're inundated with good Disney news.

Last week speculation mounted when we saw that Selena Gomez and David Henrie, two former Wizards of Waverly Place stars meeting up for a “reunion”. As hype gathered that the pair had joined forces again to film the hit Disney Channel show, the former co-stars then announced that they were filming a new project, This Is The Year.

But not unaware to everyone’s screams for Wizards of Waverly Place, David addressed the idea of a reboot, giving us very hopeful news.

“I mean there’s nothing happening yet, but there’s a lot of talk. We all talk about it for fun, you know, nothing official, but we all talk about it.”

Admitting that all three Russo children are “down” to bring the show back, David continued by explaining that the trio have brainstormed multiple ideas.

“That show will always hold such a special place in our heart, and that feeling and love for one another and that show will never ever go away.”

A show that also debuted around the same era, Hannah Montana is also set to come back in some capacity in the near future too, as Miley Cyrus admitted that the character still has life in her yet.

“She’s just in storage collecting dust and I’m ready to whip her out.

“The opportunity will present itself. I definitely would like to resurrect her at some point.”

Explaining that to resurrect Hannah will take a little work, the 27-year-old admitted that she wants to give her a massive overhaul, and change her look.

“She needs a big makeover because she’s kinda stuck in 2008, so we’ll need to go shopping with Miss Montana.”
