Self Care Sessions: Guests Get Immersed In Wellness At Latest Galway Event

Our latest Self Care Sessions took place in Galway’s The Connacht Hotel last week – were you there?

If you were, you would have enjoyed some fascinating talks, a relaxing sound bath session, and a gorgeous skincare demonstration.

Brought to you by Elysium Skincare Clinic, this evening of rejuvenation and empowerment allowed our guests to immerse themselves in some insightful chats, and reconnect with their inner selves.

There was also a tasty drinks reception from Disaronno, cocktails from The Connacht, and a stacked goodie bag filled with advanced skincare products and vouchers from Elysium Skincare Clinic including Ultraceuticals, Yonka as well as The Belle Brush, Lindt Chocolate and The Connacht.

First up, host Bianca Luykx chatted to Newstalk’s Clare McKenna all about her wellness journey, as well as her show Alive and Kicking with Clare McKenna.

Next, advanced skincare expert, Valerie Osborne, Founder of Elysium Skincare Clinic, discussed the holy trinity of skincare as well as the latest beauty technology and medical aesthetics.

This was followed by an inspirational chat with content creator Fiona Morgan Coleman, who spoke about staying happy and healthy following her breast cancer diagnosis in 2019.

The evening was rounded off with a sensational sound bath from sound artist Fíona Guiheen, who led the transformative and meditative experience.
