Selling Sunset’s Amanza Smith Got Candid About Dating The Script’s Danny O’Donoghue

Well, this is a crossover we never expected, but would have totally shipped.

Will we ever get tired of hearing Selling Sunset gossip? I don’t think so. Although we binged the third series in one night when it dropped on August 8, the recent stories about our favourite realtors have kept us ticking over as we wait for confirmation of season four.

Btw, we need it, like, now?

In recent news from LA’s Sunset Strip, it turns out Amanza Smith, one of the agents we got introduced to in season two, was dating none other than Irish chapeen and Script frontman, Danny O’Donoghue once upon a time.

Explaining that Danny was the first man she dated following her split from NFL’s Ralph Brown, Amanza told the Six O’Clock show that Danny was “fun”, but unfortunately, (block your ears, Danny) “just a rebound”.

“I was going through it, it was a rebound but no we had a lot of fun together actually,” explained Amanza.

“It was short lived because we live across the pond from one another and it was the first person I actually dated right after my divorce. So this was a long time ago, this was like eight years ago but he’s an awesome guy and we had a lot of fun,” she added.

So yeah, there you have it.

Admitting that at the time that she thought it was “love”, Amanza added that their fleeting relationship ended as quickly as it started *sigh*.

So, no trips to Ireland then, eh?

Ending on a high note, Amanza added that the pair DO still keep in touch, popping each other the odd text. Cute.

Amanza’s best friend and colleague on the show, Mary Fitzgerald recently came under fire after people slammed her wedding for being put on “for show”.

This was spurred on by the confirmation that Mary and her husband Romain Bonnet married in a civil ceremony two years before the show, leading people to question whether or not their Netflix celebration was real.

However, Mary quickly settled the air on that one, ending speculation on a recent interview with Fubar radio.

You can read all that here.
