Single And Looking For Love? You’ll Want To Hear About This New TV Show

Ever watch dating shows, sitting there wondering if it’d be your cup of tea? Well, now is your chance to find out! If you’re single and looking for love, either in your 20s or over the age of 65, then Virgin Media Television wants to hear from you for their new dating show ‘Generation Dating’.

This heartwarming series is calling on eight singletons in their twenties and over 65 who are looking for love, have a ‘lust for life and are curious about the world of romance, companionship and dating’.

Generation Dating pairs two people from two different generations to share advice on life and love in the hope to help each other find their perfect match. You find a date for them, and they find a date for you, it really is as simple as that.

And of course, if you know of any singletons in your life who could do with some help in the dating department – a friend, a sibling, or a family member – make sure to get them involved.

In other dating show news, probably the most popular dating show in history, Love Island, have announced their finale date. On Monday the 23rd of August this year’s show will come to an end.

The news was confirmed by narrator Iain Stirling on a recent episode, cracking a joke which revealed the finale date. While Mary and Dale discussed their blossoming relationship Iain said:

“Mary wants to take things slowly with Dale. Mary, you’ve got all the time in the world. And by ‘all the time in the world’, I do mean Monday, the 23rd of August. After which, you’re out on your ear.”
