Teen Mom OG Star Amber Portwood Has Been Arrested For Domestic Battery

Teen Mom OG star Amber Portwood has been arrested on suspicion of domestic battery following an argument with boyfriend Andrew Glennon.

The mother of two was charged by Police in Indiana after they were called to a dispute at their home on Friday – and new details are now emerging of the sad case.

Amber, who was previously charged with domestic violence back in 2010 and was found guilty of abusing her ex boyfriend Gary Shirley, who is also the father of her 10-year-old daughter, Leah.

Now, a police statement has said that Amber reportedly assaulted boyfriend Andrew while he was holidng their son, James.

“Just after 3:00 a.m., on 7.5.2019, officers were called to [address] reference a disturbance. Officers spoke to the male victim who stated his live-in-girlfriend and he were having a disagreement,” the IMPD said in a statement obtained by Deadline.

“During which time the female, later identified as Amber Portwood assaulted him, while he was holding their one-year-old child.”

Since the news broke, Amber’s ex Gary has spoken out, revealing he was keeping her and her family in his thoughts.
