Tonight’s Late Late Show Lineup Is Looking Like A Good One
In need of something that's not Netflix for a sec?
I never thought there would come a time when I’d say I’m tired of Netflix but here we are. The effort of scrolling and the bickering over what to watch and who has “already” seen x, y and z, has left me back choosing the humble TV channels.
And if you’re like me and need a Flix-break, let me tell you the Late Late is looking like a good one tonight.
On tonight’s lineup a nice mixture of news and comedy fills the bill, starting with Sinn Féin’s Mary Lou McDonald.
Both Mary Lou and Ryan Tubridy will discuss their own battles with coronavirus as well as discussing Mary Lou’s views on the ongoing government formation.
Following on from that, Orla Tinsley will be joining Ryan Tubridy. Orla is a writer, campaigner, and Cystic Fibrosis advocate. She will be speaking from her home in New York, highlighting the extra precautions that have to be taken for a person with CF and what it’s like to be living in NYC during these uncertain times.
Providing entertainment and comedy chats, Ryan will then be joined by a host of familiar faces. Actor Andrew Scott will join Ryan from his home in London. Discussing his Golden Globe nomination for Fleabag, the star will be filling Ryan in on all he has been up to and how he’s missing Ireland.
Presenter Patrick Kielty will also be chatting to Ryan tonight. Chatting about homeschooling his kids and living in London with his wife, Cat Deeley, the pair have just moved from LA and so, he will be giving an update on all in Hollywood too.
And lastly, TikTok king, Tadhg Fleming will also be on the Late Late. The Kerry man who rose to fame for the ‘catch him Derry’ video of his dad trying to get rid of a bat from their home will be putting on a special performance from his home in Tralee.
For the final musical element, the one and only Dermot Kennedy will be performing, ending the night on an absolute high. It’s looking like a good one!
