Una Healy has been confirmed as one of the stars set to join forces with Daithi O’Se in co-hosting the Today show for the month of April.
It is believed Una will be joining the Kerry presenter on various dates throughout April on both a Monday and Tuesday.
Living back in Ireland with her two kids and as our current STELLAR April cover girl, Una is loving life on home soil and enjoying the slower pace that the pandemic is bringing, especially when it comes to focusing on certain aspects of her career.
Currently living in Thurles and appearing on the Today show only recently via Skype for their Paddy’s Day special, Una explained that she’s buzzing to be involved on the show, but from a presenting perspective.

“I’m such a big fan of Today and have loved performing and being interviewed in previous years.
“The tables have turned and I’m really looking forward to presenting and having great craic alongside Daithi O’Se!” Una told The Irish Sun.
Also joining the show on various dates as a special co-host throughout April is celebrity chef and TV personality Rachel Allen.

As a firm favourite when it comes to whipping up a storm at the Cork studio, Rachel can’t wait to get involved with the show throughout the month.
“I’ve always enjoyed cooking on the Today show as I am a great friend of the programme.
“I love working with the crew and I’m looking forward to joining Daithi on the couch,” she told the publication.
As for those wondering where Maura Derrane is – not to worry – she’s still going to be on the show, joining Daithi on Wednesday through to Friday every week as normal. The upcoming shakeup is reported to be in place due to Sinead Kennedy, Daithi’s usual co-host on a Monday and Tuesday, currently on maternity leave.
Currently on our screens with Daithi is Blathnaid Tracey who will continue holding the slot until the month is up.
